自我檢查步驟
- 於有充足及平均光線的環境下，將方格表放於視平線30厘米之距離
- 有老花或遠﹑近視人仕，需戴上眼鏡進行檢測
- 覆蓋左眼，用右眼注視方格表中心黑點做檢查
- 重覆1-3檢查左眼
- 若看見方格出現直線彎曲或中斷，應立即向你的眼科醫生查詢，安排詳細檢查及治療
